Fellows spend two to three months working with host organisations in Germany or CCP partner countries to broaden their expertise, build valuable networks and further develop their intercultural skills. In return, the host organisations benefit from the expertise, regional knowledge and networks of the CCP Fellows.<\/p>\n<p>Participants have the opportunity to take part in cross-cultural workshops, networking events and professional meetings organised by the CCP. The experience gained abroad will be integrated into the work of the Fellows&#8217; home organisations upon their return.<br \/><br \/>The CCP Fellowships for 2025 will be offered as\u00a0<strong>on-site Fellowships<\/strong>. Depending on individual circumstances and applicable travel regulations, Fellows may also opt for digital participation. The programme is subject to funding by the German Federal Foreign Office.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0+ + +\u00a0 Application phase 15 October 2025 until 10 December 2025 + + +\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Program Highlights:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The CCP program facilitates two to three-month work-related stays for participants in host organizations in Germany or CCP partner countries. These experiences provide participants with a platform to broaden their skills, build a global network, and establish lasting connections. The program also enables host organizations to benefit from the expertise, regional insights, and extensive networks of CCP Fellows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fellows have access to a range of benefits, including:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Collaboration: Fellows work closely with host organizations from the CCP network, either on-site or through online platforms, facilitating a collaborative approach to civil society development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Mentorship: Throughout the fellowship, participants receive guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional development.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Professional Training: CCP offers online and on-site professional training tailored to each fellow&#8217;s specific field of work, aligning with their individual and professional goals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Networking: Participants have the unique opportunity to network with fellow CCP Fellowship holders, facilitating the exchange of ideas and experiences.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Alumni Network: Graduates of the program gain access to the CCP alumni network, further expanding their global connections.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Key Topics: For those focusing on CCP&#8217;s key topics, participation in a professional event related to the chosen area of interest is supported.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<header>\n<h2 class=\"\">What Does the Funding Include?<\/h2>\n<\/header>\n<p>The aim of the CCP Fellowship is to support and strengthen civil society actors in their commitment. This includes the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaboration with a host organisation from the CCP network<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring for the duration of the Fellowship<\/li>\n<li>Professional development opportunities (online or on-site) in the Fellows&#8217; field of work<\/li>\n<li>3-4-day Transcultural Workshop<\/li>\n<li>Networking with other CCP Fellowship holders<\/li>\n<li>Inclusion in the CCP alums network<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"c34084\" class=\"frame frame-type-vdmask_tabs frame-space-before-large\">\n<div class=\"tab__container\">\n<div class=\"tab__buttons\">\n<div class=\"tab__button h4 tab__button--active\" data-tab-content=\"content1\"><strong>Participants from abroad<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"tab__contents\">\n<div id=\"content1\" class=\"tab__content tab__content--active\">\n<div id=\"c34085\" class=\"frame frame-default frame-type-text frame-layout-0\">\n<p>ifa will cover the following costs\u00a0<strong>for participants from abroad<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a monthly stipend of 650 euros<\/li>\n<li>round-trip airfare<\/li>\n<li>accommodation<\/li>\n<li>monthly public transportation ticket within the fellow\u2019s city of residence<\/li>\n<li>health insurance<\/li>\n<li>reimbursement of any visa fees incurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"tab__button h4\" data-tab-content=\"content2\"><strong>Participants from Germany<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div data-tab-content=\"content2\">\n<div id=\"c34084\" class=\"frame frame-type-vdmask_tabs frame-space-before-large\">\n<div class=\"tab__container\">\n<div class=\"tab__contents\">\n<div id=\"content2\" class=\"tab__content tab__content--active\">\n<div id=\"c34086\" class=\"frame frame-default frame-type-text frame-layout-0\">\n<p>ifa will cover the following costs\u00a0<strong>for participants from Germany<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a monthly stipend of 1.200 euros (which must cover accommodation and other local expenses, such as transportation)<\/li>\n<li>round-trip airfare<\/li>\n<li>reimbursement of any visa fees incurred<\/li>\n<li>health insurance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"c34219\" class=\"frame frame-default frame-type-text frame-layout-0\">\n<p>The programme does\u00a0<strong><u>not<\/u><\/strong> provide for the accompaniment of family members such as spouses\/partners or children. ifa will not assume any additional costs or responsibilities for other individuals. The amount of the scholarship is subject to funding by the German Federal Foreign Office.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>For participants from Germany, ifa covers the following costs:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monthly Stipend: A monthly stipend of 1,200 euros is provided.<\/li>\n<li>Round-Trip Airfare: The costs for round-trip airfare are reimbursed.<\/li>\n<li>Visa Fees: Any visa fees incurred by German participants are also reimbursed.<\/li>\n<li>Health Insurance: Health insurance coverage is extended to German participants.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility and Prerequisites:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Who can apply? After the deadline has expired, shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview by the Selection Board.<br \/><br \/>The finally selected Fellows are expected to be notified of their participation in the CCP Fellowship Programme by e-mail in March\/April 2026. The programme will run from May to November 2026.<br \/><br \/>Applicants who have not been selected will also be informed by e-mail. The period for the hosting will be agreed on mutually. Subsequently, feasible assignments in consultation with the Fellowship holder can be arranged, guiding the Fellow through possible tasks and relevant work processes as well as integrating them into the organisation\u2019s day-to-day routine.
