harm<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2020\">Key Funding Considerations<\/h2>\n<ul data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2775\">\n<li data-start=\"2022\" data-end=\"2164\">\n<p data-end=\"3089\">Who Can Apply<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3091\" data-end=\"3125\">To be eligible, applicants must:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3552\">\n<li data-start=\"3126\" data-end=\"3239\">\n<p data-start=\"3128\" data-end=\"3239\">Be a <strong data-start=\"3133\" data-end=\"3184\">not-for-profit civil society organisation (CSO)<\/strong> registered in a Commonwealth Foundation member state<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3240\" data-end=\"3340\">\n<p data-start=\"3242\" data-end=\"3340\">Have at least <strong data-start=\"3256\" data-end=\"3298\">three years of demonstrated experience<\/strong> in advocacy or participatory governance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3341\" data-end=\"3414\">\n<p data-start=\"3343\" data-end=\"3414\">Propose projects beginning between <strong data-start=\"3378\" data-end=\"3412\">August 2026 and September 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3415\" data-end=\"3495\">\n<p data-start=\"3417\" data-end=\"3495\">Request between <strong data-start=\"3433\" data-end=\"3465\">\u00a315,000 and \u00a330,000 per year<\/strong>, for a maximum of two years<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3496\" data-end=\"3552\">\n<p data-start=\"3498\" data-end=\"3552\">Have an average annual income below <strong data-start=\"3534\" data-end=\"3550\">\u00a32.5 million<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p
