Successful applicants are already active in public leadership and demonstrate the vision, courage, and capability to lead at the highest levels.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1283\" data-end=\"1335\">A Pan-African Sisterhood of Influence and Impact<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1561\">Since launch, the EJS Center has supported four cohorts of Amujae Leaders\u201455 dynamic women from 24 African countries. These leaders are driving impact in government, public institutions, diplomacy, civil society, and beyond.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1563\" data-end=\"1848\">Amujae Leaders gain access to a lifelong leadership network, strategic coaching, and mentorship from some of the world\u2019s most accomplished women\u2014including former Heads of State.
