The Pan African University (PAU)<\/strong>, an initiative of the Heads of State and Government of the African Union<\/strong>, has opened applications for the 2026\u20132027 academic year<\/strong>. This fully funded scholarship program offers opportunities for outstanding African students and members of the African diaspora to pursue Master\u2019s and PhD degrees<\/strong> at one of PAU\u2019s renowned institutes across the continent.<\/p>\n

The Call will be launched on\u00a0November 15th, 2025 and will close on December 15th, 2025.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Applications received after this deadline\u00a0will NOT be considered.<\/strong><\/p>\n

About the Pan African University<\/h2>\n

The Pan African University (PAU) is a continental university network established to promote quality postgraduate education<\/strong> and advance the vision of a prosperous, integrated, and peaceful Africa<\/strong>. Since 2014, the PAU has awarded 2,549 certificates<\/strong> to students from 50 African Union Member States<\/strong>, including 856 women<\/strong> and 1,693 men<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The university aims to train a new generation of academics, professionals, industrialists, innovators, and entrepreneurs<\/strong> who will play transformative leadership roles in Africa\u2019s development.<\/p>\n

PAU Institutes<\/h2>\n

Applicants may apply to one of the following four Pan African University institutes:<\/p>\n

    Pan African University Institute for Governance, Humanities and Social Sciences (PAUGHSS) \u2013 Cameroon<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    Pan African University Institute of Water and Energy Sciences (PAUWES) \u2013 Algeria<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
