contexts.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1523\" \/>\n<h2 data-start=\"1525\" data-end=\"1550\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1723\">The Graduate Fellow will support WRC primarily through <strong data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1643\">research and advocacy assistance<\/strong>, as well as providing support for <strong data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1720\">fundraising and development activities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1725\" data-end=\"1776\">Research and Advocacy Support (Primary Focus)<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"2680\">\n<li data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"1895\">\n<p data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1895\">Support the Lead Researcher and Advocacy Officer in advancing WRC\u2019s <strong data-start=\"1847\" data-end=\"1882\">Monitoring and Mitigating Harms<\/strong> portfolio.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"2060\">\n<p data-start=\"1898\" data-end=\"2060\">Prepare for and contribute to field research, including background studies, creation of data collection tools, informed consent forms, and ethics documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2061\" data-end=\"2175\">\n<p data-start=\"2063\" data-end=\"2175\">Conduct <strong data-start=\"2071\" data-end=\"2093\">literature reviews<\/strong> and synthesize findings to inform both research design and advocacy strategies.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2292\">\n<p data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2292\">Help organize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for the production of high-quality research outputs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2293\" data-end=\"2399\">\n<p data-start=\"2295\" data-end=\"2399\">Draft and edit <strong data-start=\"2310\" data-end=\"2369\">research reports, policy briefs, and advocacy materials<\/strong> in line with WRC standards.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2524\">\n<p data-start=\"2402\" data-end=\"2524\">Track and summarize key <strong data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2485\">policy developments, humanitarian practices, and trends<\/strong> affecting displaced women and girls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2525\" data-end=\"2680\">\n<p data-start=\"2527\" data-end=\"2680\">Ensure research outputs maintain the <strong data-start=\"2564\" data-end=\"2612\">highest methodological and ethical standards<\/strong>, reinforcing WRC\u2019s reputation as a trusted research organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"2682\" data-end=\"2723\">Fundraising and Development Support<\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2944\">\n<li data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2818\">\n<p data-start=\"2726\" data-end=\"2818\">Conduct <strong data-start=\"2734\" data-end=\"2752\">donor research<\/strong> and assist with data entry and tracking in fundraising systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2819\" data-end=\"2944\">\n<p data-start=\"2821\" data-end=\"2944\">Draft, edit, and format <strong data-start=\"2845\" data-end=\"2869\">donor communications<\/strong>, including acknowledgment letters, updates, and components of candidate will meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3753\">\n<li data-start=\"3032\" data-end=\"3202\">\n<p data-start=\"3034\" data-end=\"3202\">Current <strong data-start=\"3042\" data-end=\"3062\">graduate student<\/strong> in a relevant field (e.g., international relations, public policy, gender studies, global health, human rights, or nonprofit management).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3203\" data-end=\"3294\">\n<p data-start=\"3205\" data-end=\"3294\">Strong interest in <strong data-start=\"3224\" data-end=\"3291\">humanitarian issues, gender equity, and applied policy research<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3295\" data-end=\"3350\">\n<p data-start=\"3297\" data-end=\"3350\">Excellent research, writing, and analytical
