It aims to foster inclusive economic growth by strengthening women-led enterprises in Africa\u2019s growing green economy.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1509\" data-end=\"1691\">The programme is implemented by the <strong data-start=\"1545\" data-end=\"1572\">Tony Elumelu Foundation<\/strong>, leveraging its extensive experience in empowering African entrepreneurs through the TEF Entrepreneurship data-end=\"2742\">\n<li data-start=\"2326\" data-end=\"2425\">\n<p data-start=\"2328\" data-end=\"2425\">Be a <strong data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2365\">female founder or co-founder<\/strong> of a business operating in one of the eligible countries.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2426\" data-end=\"2617\">\n<p data-start=\"2428\" data-end=\"2617\">Run a <strong data-start=\"2434\" data-end=\"2483\">green or environmentally sustainable business<\/strong>, or have a business idea contributing to climate action, renewable energy, recycling, waste management, or sustainable agriculture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2651\">\n<p data-start=\"2620\" data-end=\"2651\">Be <strong data-start=\"2623\" data-end=\"2648\">at least 18 years old<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2652\" data-end=\"2742\">\n<p data-start=\"2654\" data-end=\"2742\">Have a business registered for <strong data-start=\"2685\" data-end=\"2712\">no more Benefits<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2776\" data-end=\"2901\">Participants of the IYBA WE4A Programme will receive comprehensive support designed to accelerate business growth and
