Through 12-month fully paid work placements, the programme connects graduates with Host Organisations across the public and private sectors nationwide.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"1075\">Funded by the European Union (EU) and implemented by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), NJFP is a strategic response to graduate unemployment and workforce readiness
