The European Court of Auditors (ECA)<\/strong> has announced an exciting opportunity for recent university graduates and doctoral students to join its Traineeship Programme in Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/strong>. Based in Luxembourg<\/strong>, this program offers participants the chance to contribute to the digital transformation of one of the European Union\u2019s most vital institutions while gaining hands-on experience in AI and data-driven auditing.<\/p>\n

What the Traineeship Offers<\/h3>\n

The AI Traineeship Programme<\/strong> provides participants with a six-month paid placement at the ECA, with the possibility of a six-month extension. Successful applicants will receive a monthly allowance of \u20ac2,500<\/strong> and work under the supervision of experienced ECA staff.<\/p>\n

The trainees will collaborate with experts from the DATA Team<\/strong> (responsible for IT audit, data science, and robotic process automation) and the Directorate for Information Technology, Workplace, and Innovation<\/strong>. Together, they will explore how AI can improve auditing, enhance data accuracy, and streamline operations across EU institutions.<\/p>\n
