offers the latest insights on how international labour standards relate to company operations and how businesses can effectively implement human rights due diligence to advance decent work globally.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">What is Human Rights Due Diligence?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Human rights due diligence (HRDD) allows enterprises to uphold their responsibility to respect human rights as outlined in the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy (MNE Declaration), and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">It consists of a process by which companies can identify, prevent, and mitigate their actual and potential adverse impacts on human rights and account for how they address such impacts.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">2025 Focus: Working Conditions<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">This year&#8217;s edition includes a specific focus on key elements to consider when conducting due diligence in relation to working conditions, including working time, wages, and occupational safety and health, among others.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The course addresses the changing legislative landscape where governments and regional blocks are introducing and implementing mandatory due diligence legislation, creating demand for clear understanding of the labour dimension of human rights due diligence.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-xl font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-0.5\">Who Should Attend<\/h2>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">This MOOC is designed for a wide range of professionals from the public and private sector:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc space-y-2.5 pl-7\">\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Practitioners<\/strong> in Responsible Business Conduct (RBC) and Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD)<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Government officials<\/strong> working at the intersection of trade, investment, labour and human rights<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Representatives<\/strong> of employers&#8217; Recordings will be available on the eCampus for continued access after the live sessions.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">Discussion Forums<\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Network and exchange experiences with professionals worldwide.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-lg font-bold text-text-100 mt-1 -mb-1.5\">Eight Self-Guided Learning Modules<\/h3>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">Complete thematic modules at your own pace.<\/p>\n<p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\">The estimated time investment to complete the MOOC is 18 hours.
