Lead Africa\u2019s Digital Health Agenda.<\/h3>\n<h3><strong>About the Program<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Digital Health Africa Internship Program 2026<\/strong> is a <strong>6-month, skill-based learning and impact experience<\/strong> designed for young Africans passionate about <strong>digital health, media, and innovation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Interns will work directly with the DHA team across departments to strengthen Africa\u2019s digital health ecosystem through <strong>storytelling, youth engagement, research, and community-building<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This program is a chance to <strong>co-create Africa\u2019s digital health future<\/strong>, gaining real experience while contributing to projects that shape the continent\u2019s health innovation narrative.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Interns will support DHA\u2019s ongoing work in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Media &amp; storytelling<\/li>\n<li>Youth engagement &amp; student network coordination<\/li>\n<li>Digital health research<\/li>\n<li>Policy &amp; advocacy documentation<\/li>\n<li>Technology and innovation<\/li>\n<li>Events and partnerships coordination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interns will work collaboratively across DHA\u2019s departments and programs, including:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>1. Media &amp; Communications Department<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Create and curate engaging content across DHA\u2019s media channels \u2014 from LinkedIn posts and digital stories to podcasts and social media campaigns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write or edit stories highlighting African health innovators<\/li>\n<li>Support podcast production and guest coordination<\/li>\n<li>Manage digital campaigns for DHA events and features<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>2. Programs &amp; Partnerships Department<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Assist with event planning, partner coordination, and logistics for DHA programs, workshops, and collaborations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support planning for 2026 events (AI Bootcamp, M&amp;E Workshop, Climate &amp; Health Week)<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with stakeholders, startups, and partner organizations<\/li>\n<li>Document program activities and outcomes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>3. Research &amp; Insights Department<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Work with DHA\u2019s research team to support reports, intelligence briefs, and evidence-based storytelling.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in data collection and analysis<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to digital health policy briefs<\/li>\n<li>Support content for the upcoming Africa Digital Health Directory and Insight Reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>4. Technology &amp; Digital Systems Department<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Support technical development, website updates, and digital infrastructure maintenance for DHA\u2019s platforms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Help manage the new DHA Media Hub 2.0<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to product documentation and content uploads<\/li>\n<li>Test new platform features and user experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>5.
