The HealthCollaborative<\/strong>, hosted at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and supported by the Mastercard Foundation, has launched its fully funded 2025 scholarship call<\/strong> for eligible candidates across Ghana and all partner universities within the Africa Health Collaborative network.<\/p>\n This opportunity supports world-class training in public health, epidemiology, non-communicable diseases, entrepreneurship, health services planning, and pandemic preparedness. The HealthCollaborative<\/strong> aims to build a new generation of African health leaders through advanced academic training, cross-sector partnerships, and inclusive development.<\/p>\n Led by Professor Ellis Owusu-Dabo<\/strong>, one of Ghana\u2019s top epidemiologists and global health leaders, the HealthCollaborative<\/strong> strengthens African health systems by bringing together academic institutions, research centers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, and healthcare innovators.<\/p>\n The initiative is rooted in four strategic pillars:<\/p>\n Building Primary Health Care capacity<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Strengthening health entrepreneurship ecosystems<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Creating advanced education pathways for critical health skills<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Developing a long-term Pan-African network for health innovation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n These efforts have already led to the training of more than 2,000 health workers, the expansion of inclusive academic pathways, and the acceleration of African-led research and innovation.<\/p>\n Eligible applicants may apply for a fully funded HealthCollaborative scholarship<\/strong> to study any of the following programs at KNUST\u2019s School of Public Health (SPH)<\/strong> or School of Business (KSB)<\/strong>:<\/p>\n MSc Health Entrepreneurship (HENT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n MPH\/MSc Health Services Planning and Management (HSPM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n MPH\/MSc Global Health and Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n MPhil Health Systems Research and Management (HSRM)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n MPhil Field Epidemiology and Applied Biostatistics (FEAB)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n PhD Public Health (Epidemics or Pandemics Preparedness and Response)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n PhD Public Health (Non-Communicable Diseases)<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n These programs respond to urgent health system needs, from NCD prevention and health systems strengthening to pandemic risk management and health innovation.<\/p>\n Scholarships are open to:<\/p>\n Candidates in Ghana<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Alumni of Africa Health Collaborative partner universities<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Graduating students from the same institutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Applicants are encouraged to review full eligibility criteria on the official portal.<\/p>\n Deadline:<\/strong> Friday, 22nd December 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n Official Website\u00a0 :<\/strong>\u00a0https:\/\/hcmcf.knust.edu.gh\/<\/a><\/p>\n
