IDMC plays a leading global role in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on internal displacement, and this role gives you the opportunity to directly influence the quality and direction of socio-economic impact research carried out under EU INTPA initiatives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1590\">The Research Adviser will be responsible for advancing and refining the methodologies used to assess the socio-economic impacts of displacement across various countries. This involves designing advanced analytical frameworks, ensuring the accuracy of displacement cost estimates, and providing technical oversight across a wide range of assessment activities. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to IDMC\u2019s Global Insights Hub, a central platform for generating and sharing displacement-related knowledge to support international policies and humanitarian responses.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1592\" data-end=\"2056\">This is a <strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1627\">fully remote position<\/strong>, open to candidates based in European countries where NRC maintains legal Employer of Record arrangements. Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in those countries. Preferred duty stations include Berlin, Brussels, London, or Oslo.
